Looking for a tasty snack to satisfy those mid-morning cravings, but don’t want to feel like you’ve just eaten your bodyweight in carbs? I have the perfect recipe for you! 

They are super quick and easy to make, don’t require many ingredients and are absolutely delicious (if I do say so myself). 

Raw Vegan Snack Balls
Ingredients:

250g raw cashews

15 fresh dates

1 tbsp. vanilla essence

Dark/Vegan chocolate (as much as your heart desires)

Shredded coconut or cacao powder (as much as your heart desires)

Method:

1. Blend cashews and vanilla essence together in a food processor. 

2. Add dates and dark/vegan chocolate and blend until combined.

3. Take chunks of the mixture out of the bowl and roll through either shredded coconut or cacao powder, depending which you prefer (feel free to use both!)

4. Place in the fridge to harden.

5. Enjoy ☺ 

Makes approx. 12 balls – feel free to eat as many or as little as you like. We won’t judge.
